CLEMENT JACQUES-VOSSEN: A Day in Ostend

Since his return from a residency in South Africa, Clément Jacques-Vossen has found a warm home in Ostend, where he is preparing his duo show with Carolein Smith at Galerie P (June 7 – July 13, 2025).

On Sunday, May 4, at the conclusion of the sixth gallery weekend of Oostende.art, he will welcome you at 1 PM for a guided walk with Yvan Cazaux, who will immerse us in the history and secrets of the “City by the Sea” (3–4 km).

Around 5 PM, we will stop at Clément’s studio, where he will treat us to an aperitif and a glimpse of his latest work. Around 7 PM, we will gather at Restaurant Kafka for a delicious dinner. You can experience all of this for the modest sum of €65 (walk, dinner, and drinks included). You can register here (spaces are limited).

Also, mark your calendar: from May 9 to 11, Galerie P will participate in The Phair, the leading photography fair in Turin. There, we will showcase works by Julia Fullerton-Batten, Frédéric Fontenoy, and Bart Ramakers.

Do you feel the irresistible urge to visit us in Turin? Would you like free tickets for the opening on May 8 or for the following days? Let us know at info@galeriep.be, and we’ll make your dreams come true.
